My name is Brad Rubin, and I work for a great company called Shopatron. I am chartered with delivering a world-class user experience across the Shopatron customer channels, and am responsible for building a scalable global support organization.
Prior to joining Shopatron, I was the Director of Operations for TransUnion Interactive. While at TransUnion Interactive, I managed all outsourcing efforts and helped position the business to scale at 35% growth rates while reducing operational costs by 20%, year-over-year. I also delivered customized solutions for JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Washington Mutual, Adaptive Marketing and many other clients.
I started my career with Accenture working in the Electronics and High Tech practice from San Francisco. At Accenture, I worked for various clients that included eBay, Solectron, KLA-Tencor, and AT&T.
In my professional career, I have been an active speaker within the outsourcing community; I have presented at the Outsourcing Relationship Management Forum, the Telecommunications Risk Management Association (TRMA) Summer Conference, and presented a case study at the 2007 International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), World Summit.
In addition to speaking, I have also been published in a book titled, Mutlisourcing – Concepts and Applications, edited by Jaya S Krishna. I was also recently interviewed and cited in a book titled, The Services Shift, Seizing the Ultimate Offshore Opportunity, written by Robert E. Kennedy who is a professor at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and Executive Director of the William Davidson Institute.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University.
